Barry Mullan heads the Family Law and De Facto Relationship Group of Goldrick Farrell Mullan. He is based at the firm’s Parramatta branch but attends the Sydney office regularly to interview clients and attend both the Family Court of Australia and Federal Magistrates Court of Australia.
Barry is regarded as one of the more senior Family Law practitioners in Western Sydney and was recently featured in a SBS TV documentary on proceedings in the Family Court of Australia. He has also been retained by high profile media and sports celebrities. His experience includes acting for parties involved in disputes where one party to the marriage has moved overseas, complex property settlements and urgent matters requiring Court intervention.
